Las Vegas offers some of the finest cuisine in the world. Many restaurants are unique, and one-of-a-kind. Some are replicas of famous restaurants around the world. It would be impossible to list all the Las Vegas restaurants here. Chain restaurants will not be listed.

• Alex: $114 - This French restaurant in Steve Wynn's Wynn Las Vegas now outpaces Picasso as Sin City's most expensive restaurant. Atlantic halibut with borlotti beans, roasted pork chop and veal tenderloin are three signature dishes available à la carte; the tasting menu includes sweet corn custard with caviar, seared sea scallops and foie gras with roasted figs.

• Alan Albert's - Vintage Las Vegas steak house. Classic steaks, live Maine lobster, served in a beautiful dining room rich with Las Vegas history. Across from the Monte Carlo on the Strip.

• Changs - The menu boasts flavorful Mandarin/Taiwanese dishes, including a selection of noodles, vegetables and tofu entrees. Ballys

• The Crazy Armadillo Cantina - A combination of a creative rustic style and fun ambiance with great food drinks and entertainment. Mexican themed. Located in the Stratosphere Hotel & Casino.

• India Oven - Flavorful entrees and drinks with a kick. Indian beers are featured. Located at 2218 Paradise Road.

• Jillian's - Downtown Las Vegas. Sports bar, concert venue, restaurant, video arcade, bowling alley and billiards room, all located in Neonopolis. Good family venue, very reasonable prices.

• Limericks - Experience fine dining downtown in an intimate atmosphere. Fitzgeralds Downtown

• Murmaid Restaurant and Lounge - Unique locale features a large saltwater aquarium. Located in Silverton, Nevada.

• Sensi - Cuisines from the four corners of the globe collide at this restaurant, where you can sample Indian, Asian, Italian and more. At the Bellagio.

• the Steak House - Premium Midwestern beef prepared over an open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler. Steaks are aged for 21 days in a glass-enclosed aging room. A Las Vegas legend. Located at Circus-Circus.

• Tamba Indian Cuisine - A complete buffet, as well as menu items such as chicken tikka masala, tandoori murg, lamb vindaloo, and other classic Indian fare. Located at the Hawaiian Marketplace.

• Tuscany Italian Cafe - for a classical Italian meal, enjoy this elegant eatery. Tropicana

• Voodoo Cafe - Eclectic menu set in a stunning setting on the 50th floor of the Rio hotel. Decor is dark and mysterious. Purple-tinted windows look out over the Las Vegas lights.
